I know that it has been a really long time since updating. I have been pretty busy with work and now being in the US Army Flight Surgeon Course Part I.
I have been asked by several people that have recently had babies things that they can do to get back in shape (lose that baby fat) if you will.
Here are some great ideas that you can incorporate with the new baby:
Lunges (while holding the baby stroller)
Half Squats
Lateral Lunges
While standing you can also do push/pull exercises. You can do this while holding the baby they and you will love it and as you get stronger the baby gets bigger thereby giving you an added weight.
